We all know it is hard to cook during the week. It is hard to plan out your meals, make your grocery list, go to the store, etc. Well today I have compiled six, easy, healthy (21 day fix approved) meals. I even included a grocery list at the end! So hopefully this will make your life a little easier for a week!
